This is the collection of my up to date work. Currently I am working towards a career in marketing and retail psycology and am very interested in buying patterns of consumers and consumerism in our world today.
Digital marketing interests me as it is a new way that customers and businesses can connect that has newly been discovered. I hope to work with a large organisation in the future such as Google, to better understand how digital data analytics has such an affect on our purchasing habits.
Social Media, Marketing & SEO
This position was my first full-time position working within marketing. I have been working alongside a team of specialised individuals and supported them in marketing and communications both internally and externally. I have learned a basic understanding of InDesign and Photoshop for promotional materials and communications tools. In this role, I was also supporting each team member in projects including Press and PR, design and project management.
St Nicholas Hospice Care runs many events throughout the year and the marketing team along with the fundraising team manage and promote these events. I took on various roles in events including event photography, marshaling, press liason, set up and take down.
Through building an E-commerce website for a Bosch specialist Laser and measuring Technology Demo store, I have gained web design knowledge and basic knowledge of the opening of micro-sites. This is a new venture for the business, this has allowed me to understand a startup-style project through building an e-commerce website, which you can find here.
Within this job I also supported their social media feed and trained other employees on how to manage them after my leaving.
Through spending a month placement at toolbox Group, I was working with a specialist team conducting marketing campaigns in retail centres such as The Arc in Bury St Edmunds and Culver Square in Colchester.
Through building my own personal blog I have built knowledge in WordPress. I use this website to document my personal and work life.

Jigsaw is a leading high-end brand for fashion, selling women’s, Men’s, Junior and accessories ranges. In this role, I have worked with a team of expertly trained staff to ensure the best possible experience for all customers.
Selling high-quality designer clothing and accessories in Bury St Edmunds. offering personal shopping developed my customer skills while keeping a professional environment.
Within this job, I had a very customer relationship based role, working with customers to solve many customer problems and answer various questions and queries. I learned to interact with customers during hour-long teaching sessions and working in a team with my colleagues.
I have been trained in fitting Children’s shoes and have taught newer members of the team on arrival. In this job, I also had to work well in a team. I have learned to use my initiative with taking stock, sending and receiving orders.

This charity takes underprivileged children on a trip of a lifetime to Lourdes. I am lucky enough to have taken a young child on this trip offering one to one attention to ensure the trip is enjoyable and unforgettable
The responsibility of 7 children aged 10-15 over a one-week summer camp.
